Gilbarco Veeder-Root Certified Training Center - Information

    In a partnership with Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Spigler Petroleum Equipment is pleased to offer our training customers the following courses:  Passport Technical Training (5-Day), Dispensing Systems (5-Day), Veeder-Root Level 2/3 (4-day), Veeder-Root TLS-450 (1-Day), Veeder-Root Level 4 (1-Day), and Red Jacket Submersibles (1-day). 

     With all courses it is required that each student bring a PC laptop computer with them daily.  Spigler Petroleum Equipment provides both wired and wireless Internet access.  Each student will be required to have either of those capabilities on their laptop.  Students will be using their laptops for connecting to the internet as well as configuring/using their laptops as use as a tool in class while connecting to the equipment.

 Frequently Asked Questions

WHO MAY ATTEND? Technicians employed by Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Authorized Gilbarco Veeder-Root (GVR) service contractors (ASCs), or GVR Distributors.  Other technicians may attend but will not be issued a Gilbarco Veeder-Root technician number valid for doing warranty work on GVR equipment.

1. Complete the registration form
2. Ensure prerequisites are fulfilled
3. Include tuition
4. Mail to the Spigler Petroleum Equipment, LLC training center address

 If a course is full or postponed, you will be contacted by Tammy Brooks, Spigler Petroleum's Training Registrar.

Important Reminders


-Class enrollment is based on a “first payment received” basis.  PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED for student registration in a course.  Course sign up occur and/or web enrollment will not and can not occur until payment is received by Spigler Petroleum Equipment.

-Telephone and faxes are NOT accepted as registration.

-Spaces cannot be held if payment is not in house.

-Inquiries for class availability will provide you with the number of openings for the specific class on the day of inquiry. This does not guarantee enrollment if payment is not received prior to a full class.

-We will contact you immediately when a registration is received for a full class.

-When a check is received for a full class, we will move student to alternate date provided, or if desired immediately authorize a refund check.

-When a student has been registered for a class, we will forward a confirmation letter to you by mail. If the class starts in the near future, it will be faxed to you.

If you think that you should have received a confirmation for a class and have not, please contact Tammy Brooks, Training Registrar, at (443)471-7600 or e-mail at: tbrooks@spiglerpetroleum.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation and Course/Student Change Policy

-Once a student is registered, if for any reason you need to send a different student, there will be a $100.00 charge.  We must receive a new registration form and the $100.00 payment to change a student.

-If the student is unable to attend with a two-week notice, we can refund your tuition, less $100.00

-No refunds will be given if cancellation is not made two weeks prior to the start of class. 

-If you need to reschedule your training dates at any time after registration has been received, there will be a $500.00 charge.   

-It is your responsibility, not Spigler’s, to ensure all web-based training is performed that Gilbarco requires before the student attends our class.  We will NOT refund any money for failure to have required training completed before attending the class.  Students will be sent home if they have not completed the web-based training at the start of our class, with no refunds.   

-Due to lack of attendance for a particular course, Spigler Petroleum Equipment, LLC may have to cancel a course.  In this event, the student will be moved to the provided alternate course date, or Spigler Petroleum Equipment, LLC can provide a refund for the course only. 

-Spigler Petroleum Equipment, LLC cannot be held responsible and is not liable for penalties incurred by airline ticket or hotel reservation cancellation or schedule changes.
